Our technicians usually use a specialized marine acid wash with phosphorylated ethoxylate for better hull cleaning results with lower acidity than other popular cleaners. Do-it-yourselfers often use muriatic acid, diluted with water to prevent accidental discoloration of the hull.
After acid wash treatment, we’ll apply a new coat of wax or other product to coat and protect your newly clean hull. The result will be a boat with a like-new hull that will deliver fuel efficiency, better performance and handling, and add years to the life of your boat.
