We recently purchased a boat from Colorado Boat Center and we are very satisfied customers. We had many questions during the process and they helped us through it all. Sure, we used the internet, but a helpful and well-informed person makes everything just easier. Which brand of boat & motor, what size, towing vehicle, options, promotions available, how to finance, insurance, dealer service, warranty and registration were added to our list of questions. After purchase, the safety & boat operation orientations were also handled by CBC. Yes, we did buy the right boat and from the right dealer. Before going to the boat show, we had done quite a big of research and knew that Bennington made a great pontoon boat, but had also looked at other manufactures that seemed to have great products as well. The deciding factor for us was when Ashley took the time to help us design a boat that would be perfect for us. The show was really busy and she could have easily blown us off to work with other potential customers who were interested in buying from the existing inventory. The other major influence for me came when both Ashley and her dad openly admitted that they weren’t sure about a motor option question that I had asked. That moment showed me that they were honest and not willing to BS us just to make a sale. We really appreciate all of the help and patience you showed us as we tried to decide exactly what we wanted. We pick up our new boat on Saturday and they have been more than accommodating working with us and our schedule. This is our first “new” boat we have purchased. We looked at a lot of dealers, but went to CBC because of their reputation and they carried the brand of boat we wanted. We are very pleased with all of the CBC staff, and Garrett was the best. They directed us to a way better financial institution than we had found on our own and saved us a lot of money and time.
